First, I met with the sales and communications team to outline all needed points. Next, I wrote a script and accompanying storyboards. Once approved, I recorded voiceover. Once the vocal track was edited, I filmed all needed footage that did not already exist in my media library for this company. Finally, I edited the existing and new footage, adding motion graphics like titles and the product details on this gif.
Creating visual instructions significantly reduced training time for clients, letting them add videos like this one to their training systems rather than requiring additional hands-on time during the onboarding process.
